1/10 Scale Nitro Truck/Truggy:
Kyosho Nitro Pro ST - 31651
|
Released by Kyosho in 1996, the 2WD Nitro Pro ST Stadium Truck - # 31651, was based on the Outlaw Rampage Pro - # 31326 and came with a number of hop-ups as standard and improved front bulkhead, wishbones and body mounts.
The model is based on a red anodised alloy chassis, with a ball differential, coil spring over oil filled teflon coated dampers, universal joint drive-shafts and a full set of ball bearings.
Now considered rare, this model is highly collectable.
To get the best from the Kyosho Nitro Pro ST, it needs to be fine tuned, to provide precise steering response and improve grip when cornering, so you don't slide off the track. Small changes can make huge advancements and our easy to understand guide will help you to the optimum Set-up for your individual driving style.

Hints, Tips and Information
Choosing a Transmitter
When you first started in RC, you may have purchased a package that came with the car kit, motor, battery, charger, ESC and radio system complete. The transmitter was probably just a basic steer wheel, or stick type, with nothing more than forward, reverse, left, right and simple trim settings to centralise the servo and ESC. |
Hints, Tips and Information
My First National
When I first started in RC, way back in the late 1980s, I would turn up to the weekly club meeting, with my Tamiya Boomerang, Acoms transmitter, two sets of crystals, a couple of 7.2v batteries, a charger and a tool box with a wheel spanner and a few spares. |
